All food items purchased from Southern Africa Leading Traders Ltd are non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meat, and seafood)
- Non-perishable packaged foods (e.g., canned goods, snacks, and beverages)
- Frozen and refrigerated products
- Baked goods and confectionery
Exceptions:
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged Items:
- If a food item is received in a damaged condition, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
- A replacement or refund will be provided once the damage is verified.
- Defective Items:
- If a food item is found to be defective, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
- A replacement or refund will be provided upon verification of the defective items
Procedure for Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@southernafricaleadingtraders.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving the damaged or defective item.
- Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).
- Supply photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item.
- Await confirmation from our customer service team regarding the next steps.
Refunds and Replacements:
- If a return is approved for a damaged or defective item, customers may choose between a replacement and a refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval and will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Replacements will be dispatched as soon as possible, subject to product availability.
